If you’re like me and get monthly refills of a prescription, try this the next time you go to your pharmacy/chemist. I took my empty bottle in and asked since the same drug was going into the bottle, could they use the same bottle and just place the new label over the old one? I did get an odd look, but I told them I was trying to live as green as possible and it seemed wasteful to use a new bottle every month. I also asked that they NOT place the filled script in a plastic bag ~ I would just pick up the bottle. And they did it.
You just never know until you ask!
